At Hunters' Creations, we work hard to ensure that we offer only high-quality products and strive for total customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise that are outside of our control, and we acknowledge that not everyone will have the same opinions of our products that we do. We are committed to operating in good faith and will work with you as a valued customer whom we hope to see again.
Return Eligibility

1. Defective Products: We accept returns of any defective products sold on hunterscreations.com. If you receive a product that is defective, please reach out to us for assistance.

2. Custom Printed Merchandise: Custom printed items that have poor print quality or product defects may be returned. However, please note that printed products cannot be returned or exchanged due to ordering the incorrect size or product.

Return Process
To initiate a return for a defective product:
1. Contact us via Email stevehunter@hunterscreations.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Once your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label to return the defective product.
3. Use the provided shipping label to return the item. Please ensure the product is securely packaged.
Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund for the defective product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Important Notes

- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Returns must be in the original packaging and condition.
- We do not accept returns for products that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
